We also work hard to ensure that your goals are our goals and reward our collectors based on their performance in exceeding internal and client goals. The core of our work strategy is to create an environment where each collector always knows what to do next on an account. To that end, we develop a specific work strategy for each client and make thorough coverage a habit. We maintain queue size, allowing collectors to seek every possible avenue for payment. Accounts are transferred to an appropriate specialist or supervisor when necessary. |
