Van Ru Appoints Vice President OF Operations

Des Plaines, IL, January 13, 2010 - Van Ru Credit Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Steph Lavigne to the company’s Executive team. Mr. Lavigne will serve as Vice President of Operations and will be focused on further developing and strengthening Van Ru’s operational teams across all branch offices. His enterprise wide perspective will make a tremendous impact in many operational facets at Van Ru.

Mr. Lavigne has over 20 years of contact center management experience in the financial services, telecommunications, utility and purchased receivable management industries. During this time, he has held the Director and Vice President of Operations positions at several agencies, guiding their call centers through periods of growth and organizational change. He has significant consulting experience, providing his operational expertise to agencies throughout the United States and Canada. Steph is a demonstrated leader and effective communicator, and he possesses extensive experience on both the agency and the client side, where he has reduced operational costs and improved performance, including production dynamics as well as staff training, certification and retention.
