G. Rubin, President/Chairman
of the Board of Directors
Mr. Albert G. Rubin founded Van Ru Credit Corporation in 1953 and is the agency's
sole owner/principal. He continues to oversee Van Ru's organic expansion as the
agency fulfills its increasingly unique role as one of the nation's most successful,
privately-held accounts receivable management companies. Mr. Rubin was a charter
member in the formation of the Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organizations
(COHEAO) and former Treasurer and Chairman of its Legislative and Regulation
Committees. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Commercial Law League
of America and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.

Lavigne,
President
As President, Mr. Steph Lavigne has complete oversight
of all Van Ru business operations. With more than 20
years contact center management experience, Steph's knowledge
of the financial services, telecommunications, utility
and purchased receivable management industries has proven
invaluable in servicing the end-to-end account processing
needs of Van Ru's diverse clientele. A demonstrated leader
and effective communicator, with extensive experience
on both the agency and the client side, Mr. Lavigne is
perfectly suited to help lead Van Ru into the future. |

Spillone,
Vice President and CFO
As Vice President and CFO, Mr. Skip Spillone leads Van Ru's in-house Accounting,
Finance and Human Resources teams. Skip has more than 28 years of diverse financial,
strategic and operational leadership experience and an established track record
of helping companies grow both organically and through acquisition. Mr. Spillone
is a Certified Public Accountant and he holds an Accounting degree from the University
of Illinois and a Masters in Management from the prestigious Northwestern University
J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois. |

Brion
Henes,
Vice President and CIO
As Vice President and CIO, Mr. Brion Henes leads Van Ru's 30 FTE, in-house Information
Technology team. Brion has more than 29 years Information Technology experience;
more than 27 years in the accounts receivable industry. Since joining the company
in early 2009, Brion has proven himself to be an invaluable resource in terms
of advancing the efficiency of Van Ru's IT operations. Brion has an established
track record of improving IT performance through efficiencies related to process
improvement, technical innovation, team building and most importantly in creating
a conduit between IT and the business to ensure IT is focused on the areas that
will best support business growth. Brion manages compliance goals with regards
to Gramm-Leach-Bliley, FACTA, HIPAA, Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act, ECOA, ISO
27002, Sarbanes Oxley and PCI guidelines and is PMP (Project Manager Professional)
and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certified. His talent
and leadership will allow Van Ru to expand its business partnerships in the face
of many, challenging implementations.

Maxine
Kirchgessner, Manager
of Information Security
Ms. Maxine Kirchgessner, a 20-year veteran of the Information Technology field,
manages Van Ru's Information Security Department. Ms. Kirchgessner coordinates
with an executive security team to ensure Van Ru's security program is effectively
coordinated with operational requirements while also conducting physical security
audits and awareness training. Ms. Kirchgessner is responsible for maintaining
Van Ru’s Intranet Security Center site as a platform for centralizing and
communicating all security-related information. She is an industry certified
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified
Information Security Manager) and CRISC (Certified Risk and Information Systems
Control). She is also a member of ISSA (Information Systems Security Association)
and ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association). |

Alice
Maciejewski ,
Controller
Ms. Maciejewski joined Van Ru in 2009 as Accounting Manager
and was promoted to her current position as Van Ru's
Controller in November of 2011. She is responsible for
overseeing monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, payroll
control, analysis and review of financial statements, audit management, budgeting
and cash control management. |

Greco,
Director of Human Resources
With three decades of industry experience, Ms. Kathy Greco brings expert
knowledge of recruiting, hiring, payroll and benefit administration to her
role as Van Ru's Director of Human Resources. In addition to guiding the
company's affirmative action and equal opportunity initiatives, Ms. Greco's
prior roles in the accounting and auditing fields give her a global outlook
as she works to refine and expand Van Ru's workforce.

Martin,
Director of Corporate Compliance
As Van Ru's Director of Corporate Compliance,
Mr. Michael Martin leads Van Ru's Compliance
team. Mr. Michael Martin joined Van Ru in 2001
as Corporate Auditor, bringing a compliance-driven mentality from his prior employment
at a major law firm. He is well versed in the numerous policies and procedures
necessary to conduct stringent internal quality assurance audits and perform
responsible complaint resolution activities. Mr. Martin is also responsible for
monitoring licensing requirements in conjunction with corporate legal counsel
to ensure ongoing compliance with State laws. |
